Policies

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax.
  • As a courtesy to our family and other guests, smoking is not permitted (except outdoors on the porches.)
  • Reservations suggested, 1-night deposit confirms reservation.
  • Ten days minimum notice for cancellations to receive refund; $20 cancellation fee.
  • Arrival: 4 PM
  • Departure: 11 AM
  • Open Year Around, (Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
